Position: Floor Manager

Location: Merseyside

Working Days: 6-days

An Indian cuisine restaurant in Merseyside is seeking two Chefs to join their team. Family-run establishment offers immediate start for the right candidate.

Responsibilities:

            •          Oversee daily operations and ensure smooth service.

            •          Lead and manage a team, including scheduling and training.

            •          Ensure customer satisfaction, resolving issues professionally.

            •          Maintain cleanliness, health, and safety standards.

            •          Monitor stock levels and liaise with suppliers.

            •          Support recruitment and training of new staff.

Requirements:

• Experience in a management or supervisory role in hospitality/retail.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Customer-focused with problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of health and safety regulations is a plus.
