An Indian cuisine restaurant in Merseyside is looking for a Catering Manager to oversee their catering operations. This is a family-run business offering an immediate start for the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
• Manage and oversee all catering operations.
• Maintain high standards of service in a fast-paced environment.
• Lead and motivate a team, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
• Liaise with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure quality and consistency.
• Handle customer queries, complaints, and special catering requests.
• Assist in the management of budgets, stock, and supply orders.
• Adapt to business needs and contribute to the restaurant’s growth.
