Job Description / Responsibilities:
Manage the daily operations to ensure efficiency and outstanding customer service.
Maintain the quality of menu items by upholding high standards of taste, freshness, and presentation.
Organise staff schedules and provide training to ensure consistent high performance.
Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers to maintain adequate inventory.
Ensure strict compliance with food safety, hygiene, and health regulations.
Oversee budgets, control expenses, and achieve sales and profitability goals.
Implement promotional strategies to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
