    Job Description / Responsibilities:

    Key Responsibilities:

    Lead and supervise the front-of-house team to provide outstanding customer service.
    Organise and implement training programs to enhance team skills and maintain top service quality.
    Supervise the customer service area, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with company policies.
    Address escalated customer enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
    Ensure orders are accurate and delivered on time, especially during peak hours.
    Collect customer feedback and share actionable suggestions with management to improve service.
    Work closely with management to enhance customer service processes and address operational challenges.
