Job Description / Responsibilities:
Supervise and train front-of-house team members to uphold exceptional service quality.
Manage daily floor operations, ensuring efficiency and delivering excellent customer experiences.
Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food service.
Monitor inventory levels and oversee stock management to maintain uninterrupted service.
Assist in staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage during peak times and special events.
Enforce hygiene, safety, and health standards, adhering to established protocols.
Report regularly to the Restaurant Manager on floor operations and promptly address any issues.
Skill Set: Basic knowledge and relavent skills and experience prefered
Job Type: Permanent
Working Hours: Full-time (30 hours per week or more)
Language Requirement: Minimum of English Proficiency - Minimum of UKVI IELTS 4 or equivalent for international candidates only or equivalent
Salary : 31000 - 38700
