Job Description / Responsibilities:
Prepare a variety of authentic Indian dishes, ensuring traditional flavors and high-quality presentation.
Assist the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including food preparation and cooking.
Develop and enhance the menu by introducing new dishes while maintaining customer favorites.
Monitor food preparation processes to ensure consistency, taste, and quality control.
Manage stock levels, order supplies, and ensure an efficient and cost-effective kitchen operation.
Adhere to all food safety and hygiene regulations, maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment.
Train and supervise junior kitchen staff to uphold high culinary standards.
Work collaboratively with the restaurant team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
