Oversee the day-to-day operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
Ensure food preparation and presentation meet the brand’s quality expectations.
Work with suppliers to source high-quality ingredients and supplies.
Ensure compliance with Kaspas Desserts brand guidelines and health & safety regulations.
Schedule and manage shifts for optimal coverage and efficiency.
Manage store budgets, including labor costs, inventory, and operational expenses.
