Job Description / Responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the transportation of meat and meat products to ensure timely deliveries.
Plan delivery schedules, optimise routes, and monitor shipment progress.
Maintains accurate records of vehicle usage, including hours driven, distances covered, and fuel consumption.
Ensure compliance with food safety and transportation regulations.
Handle any logistics-related issues, such as delays or damaged goods.
Track logistics costs to ensure efficient transportation and distribution operations within budget.
