Job Description / Responsibilities:
Identify sales leads/potential clients through calling and market research.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Present our products to potential clients, highlighting the price difference from competitors.
Negotiate and close deals, ensuring sales targets and objectives are consistently met or exceeded.
Provide accurate product pricing and prepare quotes.
Monitor market trends. conduct competitive analysis and review our prices.
Follow up with leads, track progress, and update clients with accurate and timely information.
Provide exceptional after-sales support, resolving any customer issues or concerns in a timely manner.
