    Job Description / Responsibilities:

    * Supervise Junior Curry Chefs in preparing a diverse selection of authentic Indian curries, including lamb, prawn, chicken, and vegetable dishes, using fresh ingredients and a carefully curated blend of premium herbs and spices, under the menu.
    * Oversee the food preparation process to ensure dishes maintain their authentic flavors and consistently meet high-quality standards.
    * Work closely with the Head Chef to develop and introduce new recipes and ingredients, ensuring the menu remains innovative and enticing.
    * Ensure that each curry dish upholds the restaurant’s reputation for excellence in taste, presentation, and quality.
    * Assess the freshness and quality of ingredients received from suppliers to guarantee superior culinary standards.
    * Enforce strict hygiene, food safety, and health regulations within the kitchen to maintain a safe and compliant working environment.
