Job Description / Responsibilities:
Oversee the front-of-house team to maintain our service standards.
Manages daily operations to ensure efficiency, including handling reservations, coordinating with kitchen staff, and maintaining the ambiance of the dining area.
Ensure all concerns or complaints are addressed promptly and effectively.
Monitor the quality of food served to customers and accommodate special requests.
Oversee stock levels of front-of-house supplies, ensuring timely ordering and proper storage.
Ensure that all health and safety regulations are adhered to, maintaining a clean and safe environment for both staff and guests.
