    • Prepare and lay roofing tiles, ensuring proper alignment and secure placement.
    • Repair and replace damaged tiles, ensuring structural integrity and weatherproofing.
    • Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings for accurate installations.
    • Work with various roofing materials, including clay, concrete, and slate tiles.
    • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations and building codes.
    • Collaborate with other tradespeople to complete roofing projects efficiently.
    • Inspect roofs for potential issues and provide recommendations for maintenance or repairs.
    • Work on multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.

    Educational Qualification: GCSEs

    Skill Set: Practical skills, Ability to follow technical drawings and building plans, Physically fit Comfortable working at heights ,Good maths skills to work out areas, quantities and prices

    Job Type: Permanent

    Working Hours: Full-time (30 hours per week or more)

    Salary : £29000 - £31000
