Job Location : Responsibilities: Assist the Head Chef in all aspects of kitchen operations, including food preparation, cooking, and plating of dishes. Ensure consistency and quality in the preparation of tapas dishes, following established recipes and standards. Supervise and mentor kitchen staff, providing guidance and support to maintain a high level of performance and professionalism. Oversee kitchen inventory and stock management, including ordering supplies and monitoring food costs. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area, adhering to food safety and sanitation standards at all times. Collaborate with the Head Chef to add new menu items.
